In the tradition of building a better community and the spirit of live – work – play, Bolthouse Properties opens registration for the Holiday Edition of the Market at Seven Oaks!
The Holiday Market will feature a shopping bazaar featuring local artisan vendors, food, holiday music, activities for the kids, a meet and greet with Santa and more.
Date & Time: December 4th from 9a to 2p
Location: The Shoppes at Seven Oaks Business Park at the corner of Buena Vista Road and Bolthouse Drive.
Registration Deadline: Friday, November 19th
Cost to Participate: $25 per 10×10 vendor space. Payment must be made via Venmo to @BVMarket. Fees are due upon submission of registration and are non-refundable. To submit your registration, email the completed form to etenter@bolthouseproperties.com. Market will be held rain or shine.
Competing vendors may overlap in products offered i.e. clothing, jewelry, candles, etc. Limited to one franchise vendor i.e. only one Damsel in Defense vendor. Current confirmed franchised vendors include: Mary Kay, Plunder, Scentsy, Paparazzi, Lilla Rose, Farmazi, doTerra and Color Street.

newest school, Highgate Elementary School is set to open to aid the growing community. The new campus will serve the residents of Highgate Seven Oaks and Belcourt Seven Oaks and is built for 700 students (1,000 with portables) from Kindergarten to 6th grade.
